Educational Qualification
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university in India.
- Must be eligible to practice law in India and recognized by the Bar Council.
- Possess CCC+ level computer literacy.
- Must be enrolled with either the Bar Council of Gujarat or the Bar Council of India.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing advocate.
- Out of the total, at least 3 years of experience must include practicing in High Court OR representing government departments/public enterprises in legal matters involving the Supreme Court, High Court, or District Courts.

- Maximum Age: 50 years as on the date of application.
